Here's the part in between.
Before any of this I spent years in product management and performance analysis, with a Masters Degree in Economics. Which is a polite way of saying I got paid to work out why something wasn't converting and then fix the system underneath it, rather than shout louder about it. I left at 27 to build my own thing.
The first version worked on paper, based out in Dubai. Multi six figures in profit, twelve people on the team, and me sitting in the middle of all of it: hiring, managing, selling, firefighting, quietly wondering when the business I'd built for freedom was going to give me any.
So I rebuilt it. Same skills, completely different design. Small team, AI and a simple system doing the heavy lifting, more revenue than before with 80% of it landing as profit, run from a bistro table with a coffee and the dog under the chair.
Since then I've helped over 300 coaches and consultants rebuild their businesses the same way. We call it Bistro Table Consulting.
